FAQ February: Do you have fences higher than 6′?

Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requires “if work on a project may endanger a person using a public way, a sturdy fence at least 1.8 meters in height shall be constructed between the public way and the project.” (O. Reg. 213/91, s. 65)

Since the OHSA requires 6’ high fencing, most of our inventory is this standard height. We do have an inventory of 8’ high fencing available. Please call the office to inquire about availability.
