The Magna Hoedown is a tradition that has become York Region’s largest annual fundraiser, raising over $9 million for local charities, non-profits, and community groups.
This year’s Hoedown will take place on two nights – Friday, Sept. 16th and Saturday, Sept. 17th and features Canadian headliners Alan Doyle (of Great Big Sea) and country music star Paul Brandt. Fifteen York Region charities and community groups have been selected as recipients of the Hoedown proceeds.
